Virtual Property World

What is Virtual Property World?

Virtual Property World is a traditional real estate agent without expensive high street shop frontages. They have taken all the best features of traditional real estate agents, removed all the layers of unnecessary costs, and married this to the modern day, low cost online agent, to create the perfect estate agency with low costs yet high service levels.

As we all know using traditional real estate agents is expensive, but they have a local presence, and give personal service. Most of us use estate agents because it's easy and we don't have to pay until the property is sold.

We all feel we may be paying too much as homeowners to sell our property by selling through estate agents but, psychologically, we tell ourselves it's not really costing us anything, as the high cost is coming out of the profits we have made from selling our property. The true cost of selling our property only hits most of us when we see our solicitor's disbursement costs when it's too late.

The internet age has shown exactly how traditional agents market and sell properties. They mainly advertise on leading websites such as Rightmove , and deal with the resulting enquiries.

Internet based, online agents, offer far cheaper prices than high street estate agents but give less service, normally from an arm's length centralised office with few staff. Many are ambiguous about the length of advertising given to sell your property. Their websites can look very impressive, with lots of websites mentioned, but the low prices mean they cannot advertise your property for long on these sites. Extremely low prices do not necessarily equate to good value.

The cost to advertise your property on all the top web property portals is significant. We cannot understand how anyone can visit your home, take and prepare particulars, take photographs and virtual video tours, draw and produce various floor plans, advertise consistently on expensive website portals , find a buyer and negotiate a sale for a couple of hundred pounds. The figures just don't stack up.

At virtual property world they combine the best of both high street estate agents and online estate agents to create the perfect estate agency for you.

As a home owner your home is your most valuable asset, you need to sell it at the lowest cost that will ensure success. This means combining the traditional estate agent's local presence with qualified NAEA agents on the ground who will visit your home. Unfortunately not everything can be sorted out by phone or email. They provide high levels of client service and use experienced qualified negotiators.

By taking advantage of the lower costs enjoyed by online agents, using modern marketing tools such as virtual video tour technology, (which no other estate agent in the UK has access to, at present), along with interactive floor plans and with the maximum possible, prolific website advertising, we are able to offer the most, cost effective way, of selling a property in the UK. We offer estate agency with low costs coupled with the highest levels of estate agency service possible.

Once they have received your instruction to sell your property, you will be allocated your own personal assistant at head office, who is at hand to help with any questions you may have about your property or business sale. They are responsible for contact channels between all parties such as sellers, buyers, company negotiators and conveyance professionals.

But Mary wants to stop the rot. She hooks up with north London chain Martyn Gerrard and persuades boss Simon Gerrard to let her loose on his sales team in a bid to make them more customer focused. But, before long, tensions rise as Mary realises that she and Simon have very different views on what good customer service really means.

JPEG & RAW

Examlpe 1.

JPEG file - colours tuned up as the photograph was in shade but on doing this it has made the image seem green.

Example 2.

JPEG file - colours tuned down but not so bright. Shooting in JPEG is a lot more easy than RAW but you do lose the loose of colour control. Sometimes it's only possible to shoot in JPEG only because of the camera software.

Example 3.

RAW file - Total control f colours. The two above files were taken on the same day while the RAW file was taken on a different day but the colour stands out a lot more.

Estate Agents should use Mast/Elevated Photography in Property Marketing

Photographs are one of the most important parts of marketing and there's a technology that can make a big difference solving problem shots, providing a better illustration of the property for sale. To sell a property you will definitely need a photograph. This means good camera skills, or those specialized in Mast/Elevated photography.

So can Mast/Elevated photography solve problem?

Mast/Elevated provides huge opportunities to place the camera in an optimum position, often avoiding all obstacles. Standing anywhere on the ground will produce a near useless result. Elevate the camera and you can reveal the whole picture.

Location, Location, Location...

The number one priority in choosing a property is location. Mast/Elevated photography can do more in a picture than a thousand words.
