To the west of Devizes,follow the canal to where it falls to some 237 feet over a distance of just over 2miles.The Caen Hill flight of 29 locks. Most of this section is actually in Rowde.At the moment it is closed to the public while repair work is carried out. Hopefully by mid-march it will be open again. Well worth a vist.
